Members’ Weekend, AGM & Conference 2024 Volunteer Form

Thank you for offering to help at Members’ Weekend in Dundee (April 2024). We welcome all applications and experience is not necessary. Please complete all sections to help the Volunteer Manager (Tracey) organise the rota. Please note, we ask that you are prepared to be flexible as there may be times when extra help is required ad hoc in another area. If we are over-subscribed for volunteers in certain areas, you may not be needed.

On submission of this form, it will be assumed you are able to help on the days you have selected, unless you let us know otherwise. Tracey will be in touch with you nearer the time to confirm the days/times you are helping. If you have any queries in the meantime, please contact membersweekend@camra.org.uk.

Volunteer polo shirts will be provided to all those helping over the weekend. Please select your size so we know how many to order (ideally by 15 March). Sizes shown below are half chest - with manufacturer tolerances of +/- 2.5cms. *

All personal data supplied will be processed in accordance with General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) in accordance with CAMRA's privacy policy. Your data will be stored securely and only accessed by permitted staff or volunteers in relation to the Members' Weekend, AGM & Conference 2024. We will store the data for the period of submission to no longer than six months after submission. Submitting your data provides consent for us to contact you in relation to the organisation of this event and is not subject to any opt out you may have in place with regards your personal communication preferences listed on your member record.
