Please use this page to submit feedback or a complaint relating to CAMRA, our events and any service or product that we may provide.

 

Codes of Conduct and complaints procedures 

Everyone at CAMRA festivals is expected to abide by our Festival Code of Conduct.

When representing CAMRA, members are expected to abide by our Members Code of Conduct.

CAMRA recognises the importance of its volunteers, those who contribute their time, energy and skills to support our campaign without payment. To see our responsibilities to volunteers, please check our Volunteers’ Charter.

You will receive an automatic response to confirm that we’ve received your message. If you are submitting a complaint, we aim to respond within 5 working days to outline how it is being handled.
