Your data will be stored securely and only accessed by permitted staff or volunteers in relation to the Members' Weekend, AGM & Conference 2025. We will store the data for the period of submission to no longer than six months after submission. Submitting your data provides consent for us to contact you in relation to the organisation of this event and is not subject to any opt out you may have in place with regards your personal communication preferences listed on your member record.
