Why are we collecting your data:
To allow us to communicate with you about your feedback or complaint in order to resolve it.
What lawful reason are we processing your data under:
We process your personal detail under the lawful reason of legitimate interest.
Processing your data:
We will not pass your details to any third parties unless clearly stated. Where we do pass them onto a third party this will be done under a data sharing agreement. Your data will be processed in accordance with General Data Protection Regulations and only processed by authorised individuals and or companies contractually obligated to process your data in accordance with CAMRA.
How long will we keep your data for?
12 months – or as long as it takes to resolve a complaint.
If you would like to complain about how your data has been treated then you have the right to complain to the ICO.
