Registering your attendance on site

On Friday 3rd April Registration will be in the Exhibition Centre.

On Saturday 4th and Sunday 5th April it will be at Central Hall (until Conference closes) then will move to Exhibition Centre.

All you’ll need is your membership number and postcode to register and get your badge, using the iPads. Staff will be on hand to help you. The badge has your name, CAMRA branch and a unique bar code. Badge holders with clips are provided but you may like to bring a lanyard or buy one from the onsite CAMRA shop. Once registered, you’ll be handed your Members’ Bag containing the Members’ Handbook, Conference Booklet, beer list and more (contents to be confirmed).

On arrival on Friday head to the the Members’ Bar, located in the Exhibition Centre, to meet friends, make new ones and enjoy a range of great beers, ciders and perries from the area. Purchase your tokens from the stall in the Exhibition Centre. Any unused tokens can be refunded, or donate them to this year’s nominated charity, St Leonards Hospice, York.

Pick up your 2020 Members’ Weekend pint glass* (kindly sponsored by Black Sheep Brewery and Festival Glass) using your tokens. These are refundable on return – or keep as a memento of your weekend in York. Other glasses are available. *Deposit of £2 per glass.

Registering to attend

We encourage all members who plan to come to the Members’ Weekend to register their intention to attend here. There’s no registration fee – the only paid-for costs are the organised trips.

If you haven’t registered in advance, you can just turn up on the day.  Please check the Weekend Schedule for registration opening times.

Organised trips are also sociable occasions – and offer you the chance to visit local breweries and pubs. Tickets are on sale now – but are selling fast!

Don’t forget to let your local Branch know you’re attending so you can meet up with others from your area.

Fringe Activities: Reserve your space for one of the Saturday afternoon discussions/activities. Or just turn up to take part – places given on a first-come-first-served basis! Free to attend.
