Roadside pub, which backs on to the canal, so you can moor a boat up outside. There is a covered seating area to the side, and picnic benches on the canal towpath. Not surprisingly, the smart interior, which is mainly set up for food service, is decorated with plenty of canal memorabilia. Sparrowgap Bridge which is just to the North of the pub is Grade II listed, C19.
