Overlooking West Park Stray and benefitting from a sunny aspect with bench tables on the pavement at the front, the pub has been tastefully refurbished in 2019, comprising one large room with mostly wood floor, but nicely tiled at the front. The room is divided into several areas, mainly laid out for dining at the back, some bar stools at the bar and high tables for drinkers and low tables in the windows. A food-led pub though popular with drinkers too, serving two real ales.
