Despite its relative isolation in the tiny hamlet of Helwith Bridge, this is a welcoming, thriving, no frills community local where the emphasis is on real ale. Walkers, cavers and cyclists are all very welcome. The pub has 3 separate rooms, all reached via the flagged main bar area. Close to Pen-y-Ghent, the pub is the starting point of the Three Peaks cycle race. Self-catering accommodation is available in the adjacent bunk-barn and overnight parking is available for camper vans. There is a small selection of second-hand books (by the entrance) for sale with all money going to a local charity. Card payment only accepted for transactions over £5.
This Pub serves 4 changing beers and 0 regular beers.
