The Crown has a large room doubling as lounge and bar, together with a separate dining area. Two open fires add a touch of winter comfort. Part of the wall is exposed via a piece of perspex to show some old style wattle/daub structural work.
This is the last remaining pub of the three that used to be in Minsterley. Referred to as the BBC crawl (Bath, Bridge & Crown), all three were grouped around the traffic island. However this ended with the closure of the Bath Arms in 2000, the Bridge closed a few years later. Whilst Minsterley's pubs may be disappearing, it's comforting to know that the Victorian pissoir is a Listed Building and is still there.
1 changing ale available during the summer, while a 2nd is available over the winter months.
This Pub serves 1 changing beer and 0 regular beers.
