Imposing three-storey Georgian inn, overlooking the longest village green in England where cricket is regularly played in summer.

The pub itself features a bar with central servery with a two tier restaurant just off it up a small flight of steps.

A former barn alongside is used for meetings and skittles; a second barn delights children with its farm animal collection.

High-quality food is served and there are themed evenings, see Facebook for details.

Accommodation comprises two suites and two double rooms. On national cycle route 41, close to both the Gloucester-Sharpness canal and M5.
