This Pub is Permanently Closed

The Inn gets its name from the original town pond opposite the pub where for centuries pack horses were watered, and which may have once been part of the castle moat. The recent [2016] refurbishment resulted in a clean bright modern two bar pub with e Horse Pond Inn also has a twin skittle twin alley with its own bar and a lovely garden. Function room available for hire, capacity of 230 people.
