The first picture here is from Dover-Kent Archives, with permission, and is from a postcard kindly sent to the site by Brinley Hawkins, depicting on the left a delivery from James Moore, ginger Beer Manufacturers of Swanscombe.

The second picture was taken in April 2021, and shows the present building on the site formerly occupied by the pub.
