This is a popular, friendly pub with a genuine village local feel. Large windows ensure a bright airy atmosphere in a well laid out room with a long bar. The pub was extended in November 2015 and is now all one level with a spacious games area towards the rear with darts, pool and slot machines. Six large screen TVs show a variety of sports. There is outside seating, but also several signs to indicate where drinking outside is not permitted. Unfortunately there is no brewery here.
