Change of use granted 30 September /2023.

Was a modern brick-built pub with an L-shaped bar serving both halves of the pub. The main room had a central gas-fired fireplace dividing off the games area with pool table dartboard jukebox large-screen TV and game machines. The rest of the pub was laid out with tables and chairs.
