According to newspaper reports it has been sold and will undergo a two year refurbishment then reopen as a more upmarket boutique hotel. A planning application 23/11155 for 'new single storey 6 bay garage and carport for hotel, with new courtyard wall and gates' was approved 28/02/2024. Satellite images show this work was completed by July 2024. Subsequently became Tyrrells Park 'Luxury Accommodation & Breakfast'. The was no planning permission for this conversion and maybe didn't need it as previous planning claimed it was C1 use already.
