Historic Interest
Former coaching inn on a main turnpike between Rotherham and Bawtry. It was rebuilt to the design of James Edward Knight (1867-1930) in the 1920's. He also designed the former White Hart Hotel in the town centre, opened in 1929. Rear building was used by the local homeguard in WW2.
