Old Humberstone Constitutional Club was reported permanently closed in about 2022. Planning application 20221709 - Change of use from private club (Sui Generis) and ancillary flat to education facility with community centre hub (Class F1) - was withdrawn May 2023. No PP for alternative use is evident.

The club was situated in a former 19th century dwelling house, which was much enlarged with a building extinction in 1972. The main entrance foyer leads into a large bar with two full size snooker tables as well as plentiful seating. Off of the bar, to the rear left, is the pool room with one pool table, whist traversing the front of house is the lounge with two bay windows.
