Historic Interest
The hamlet of Kilby Bridge emerged around 1800 alongside the newly constructed Grand Union Canal. To meet the needs of bargees, two pubs were built called The Black Swan, which has long since gone, and The Navigation. This pub came into the ownership of Robinson's Brewery Ltd of Burton on Trent, a brewery which was acquired by Ind Coope Ltd of Burton in 1929.
This Pub serves no changing beers and 2 regular beers.
