Reopened 18th April 2025 as the Lion & Lamb, a name it last traded under back in the 1970s. Four cask ales are promised.
Built in 1905 on the site of its burnt-down predecessor, and originally the Lion and Lamb, this pub has a lounge bar, with open fires and pew-like window seating, a family room, and a noteworthy inn sign. Home-cooked meals, soups and sandwiches are available lunch time and early evening. The adjacent building, with semi-circular windows, was built as a stable but never used as such.
This Pub serves 4 changing beers and 0 regular beers.
