This is a club, which means that the bar may be only open to members.

The detached Lindum House with its own grounds, built in the 1860s as a family home, has been the premises of the former Gateshead Constitutional Club since 1926. Now the Lindum Club there are three snooker tables (used fro competitions) upstairs and a large screen television in the modernised lounge downstairs. Quiz and race nights plus summer barbecues held. Membership enquiries welcome. The single cask ale comes from Wylam brewery.
