Privately-owned (by local consortium) popular end-terrace Victorian community pub, with sports and pub games orientated clientele. Two linked rooms form a U-shape around a central serving area: main bar at front and small games room (with pool table and dart board) behind. In addition, there is a large function room to the rear, also used for pub games (with another pool table and dart board!). Several pub games teams and Woodville Rangers FC are based here. Occasional charity pub games evenings are held.
