The Hilton Brook is a very modern but traditional style pub, one of Marston's "Generous George" eatery style pubs. It is situated in the growing village of Hilton, which is within easy access to Derby and Burton. It's the ideal hub of village life as well as a rest point for those travelling past on either the A50 or A38.

It has undergone a recent refurbishment.
