Old country pub with a modern restaurant area.
A charming freehouse that is very convenient for the Severn Valley Railway and also from Upper Arley village over the river footbridge .
Food includes sandwiches, main meals and a childrens' menu. Steak night is on Wednesdays and Saturdays, roast on Sundays, and meal deals on most days. There is also an ice cream and cakes counter.
Live music every Sunday during summer at 4pm. There can also be an outside bar on Saturdays and Sundays in summer. In the last week of June and into July sometimes there's a 40s theme featuring old army vehicles, uniforms and music.
Winter hours can be a little shorter in the evenings. In winter, it may open for food in the weekly build-up to special events e.g. Severn Valley Railway gala. Please call to check.
