This is a small, basically-furnished specialist beer bar which, in addition to a single gravity-dispensed real ale from the cellar, boasts an impressive menu of over 70 foreign beers, predominantly but not exclusively European and North American. The weekend offering of real ale may be Cornish from the likes of Harbour brewery, or from further afield; e.g. Magic Rock, Brewdog and Thornbridge have all been represented. Reached over a cobbled courtyard once belonging to a local brewery, outside drinking is in the old brewery yard itself.
