A 12th-century mill with a working water wheel, craft workshops & blacksmithing demonstrations. The whole heritage site is surprisingly big with lots of different attractions. But for those just wanting a drink and/or food, the entrance room is open as a bar and café and serves beer on gravity and from bottle. It also sells real cider from an on site cider maker. Seating is outside with some seats under canopy. A separate old tea room is available for events.
An annual Cheese and Cider Festival is held in May, plus other food and Wassail festivals throughout the year.
