This Pub is Closed Long Term

DEC 2024 - Still closed. Lease advertised.

SEP 2024 - Reported on 30th Sept by the East Lothian Courier that they have shut down.

MAY 2024 - Reopened under new management. Some details may have changed.

A long-established inn near the village green. The lounge and conservatory areas are comfortable, with paintings by local artists adorning the walls, and wood burning stoves that are very welcoming during the winter. The focus is on food, which is served all day, however there is plenty of seating for anyone just wanting to have a drink. There is a very nice beer garden at the rear of the pub that is always popular in the summer. To the left side of the building is a separate room housing a coffee shop, Hugo's cafe.

NOTE: Alcoholic drinks are served from 11am.
