Built in 1888 on the site of a previous pub and undergoing refurbishment with external painting still to complete. Open all day, food is served all day, with many customers eating out in the large garden in the summer months. Old fashioned pub grub with locally sourced meat, veg and fruit. The large bar is light and airy, with the pool table and sports tv at one end and dining tables at the other. Comfortable atmosphere for a beer and a chat.
