Vibrant community pub, The Crown is a haven for local sports teams and a proud sponsor of the town’s football club. A striking display of trophies gleams in a room across from the bar. Tall visitors, take care though, low beams hang in the bar area. No food is offered. As the last classic pub in a town once rich with hostelries, The Crown still stands strong on the edge of Castle Street.
