An inn from the early 18th century, renamed as the Marlborough Arms and more recently the Marlborough Hotel. It was bought by Oakman Inns & Restaurants in 2010, refurbished and reopened in Autumn 2011 under its original name, the Blue Boar. Has a bar and seating at the front and a restaurant at the rear.
Historic Interest
Listed Grade II as c 1800 with earlier traces although substantially rebuilt in 1866.
