A small traditional pub on the outskirts of Winchester with two rooms, each with bar and wooden floors. One room is primary for eating, offering modern pub food with a value daily special (weekdays except Friday evening) and roasts on Sunday. The interconnecting hallway has a piano. Outside is a small garden/patio with benches and a children's play area, which overlooks the picturesque St Cross church.
