Friendly pub just off the Market Place welcoming tourists and locals alike. As well as the front bar there is a dining area up a short flight of steps, a rear garden and there are five en-suite letting rooms. A selection of home cooked food is served using fresh local produce; note that meal times may vary in winter. Up to six cask ales are served with regular beers from the two Masham breweries and usually one from another local brewery. Cask ends and pipework form a feature in the main front bar.
Opening times shown here are those published, though the pub may sometimes open earlier during the summer months.
