Large food hall and bar close to the city's business district and Snow Hill station. Five local independent businesses operate kitchens here with customers able to mix and match between eateries - Japanese sandwiches followed by Neapolitan pizzas, anyone? Seating is bench style in a large communal eating area. No bookings unless large groups and you may need to sit with others at busy times.
The bar boasts four cask lines with beers from breweries across the UK. When it first opened this included Burton Bridge, Burning Sky, Vocation and Siren; though expect these to change regularly. This is complemented by 36 keg lines from predominantly indie craft brewers. There is also an impressive range of spirits and staff are more than happy to take requests for cocktails.
Ordering can be done via the app, with a QR code on tables, though WiFi connection may be needed due to the nature of the building (this is available and free). Those wanting a more traditional approach can order at the bar or at the various kitchen windows.
