New tenants took over in March 2025. Anna from Anna's Kitchen is the new licensee and has brought with her Mark Newman, former long-standing landlord of 'The Hampshire Bowman' to run the bar and cellar.

Traditional village local. A 'wet-led' pub but with a good home-made food offering. Outside there is a covered seating area to the side and a gravel area with benches at the back. Behind this is a large grass area with a dove house full of white doves. Children's play area, Dog friendly.
