Stevie's Bar, Harrogate

Formerly a Veeno Italian wine cafe, now (since March 2019) independently operated, still specialising in quality wines, but also serving local gins and vodkas; it also has four keg fonts, two usually serving Rooster's, Black Sheep or other local keg beers. The bar is along the left wall and there is a large racked display of its wines in an alcove on the right hand side. A spacious modern bar with a relaxed comfy feel, there is some low soft seating in the window, some high tables with stools towards the front and centre, and low tables and chairs towards the rear. There is plenty of vertical drinking space around the bar as well as some bar stools. There are also a few tables and chairs out front on the pavement.

There is no planning approval for change of use to a shop, but back in 2019, the planners accepted that the then established use of the premises was as a restaurant. Both restaurants and shops are in Use Class E - E(b) and E(a) respectively and planning permission isn't required for a change of use within Class E.
