Historic Interest
Built in 1878 as the Station Hotel at the junction of Bulwell Lane and Vernon Road. It changed its name to Catchem's Corner in 1969, allegedly recalling the name of a local shopkeeper who presumably didn't like to let trade pass by if he could help it. Formerly an Ind Coope house (Whitworth 2010). As at November 2017, the freehold (NT321011) for Catchems Corner was held by Ei Group plc [Reg. No. 2562808], formerly Enterprise Inns.
