Located next to the bridge over the river Thames with spectacular river and meadow views.
Reopened summer 2015 after being closed since 2011 and became a food based freehouse. The pub has undergone a redevelopment creating one of the first 'Eco Pubs' in the country, conserving the mid 1700’s building with its old Cotswold stone inn into a modern design. This supposedly includes flood remediation and avoidance works. The Thames Footpath passes through the grounds and there are moorings for visiting leisure boats nearby.
Closed again late 2018 and reopened July 2020. Closing time may vary depending on business.
This Pub serves no changing beers and 2 regular beers.
