This Pub is Closed Long Term

Ideally placed for those staying at the Wheatley Travelodge. Re-opened in 2012, a small bar area leads through to the modern restaurant and a large family garden is available at the rear. The pub is a free house and the colour of the signage matches the livery of its owners, A W Mobbs the local builders merchant, not the massive pub chain that you might think at first glance!

Has struggled for some time and closed again Feb 2018. Planning approval given Dec 2019 for change of use to joint public house, shop, and office. P19/S3053/FUL. Appears to be just operating as an office.
