Calls itself a late night bar.

American-diner style restaurant and bar above Queen Street shops (Popeyes). A steep staircase leads to a huge room with big front windows overlooking the street and a large bar area. Reopening early November 2017 under new management. Dance floor and DJs. Cocktails. Has some beer on tap. It's not sure if it has an apostrophe.
