A former Morrells pub first mentioned in 1681 (as Jacob's Well) and now in the hands of a Thai landlord who is making it more of a dining pub. The front bar area remains a predominantly drinking area however. The pub is named after the bell in Tom Tower, the entrance to Christ Church opposite, although the bell seems to be more commonly referred to as Great Tom.
This Pub serves 1 changing beer and 2 regular beers.
