Records from 1860 to 1864 refer to The Morning Star at 1 George Street (but 22 Sandford Street). Dating from at least 1865 as the Cunard Hotel (referred to as the Kinard Hotel elsewhere), bought by Peter Walker in 1903, Closed November 1962.
