New licensees (in 2017) reintroduced real ale which in April 2018 included beers from the new Higsons Brewery. Selection of home cooked freshly prepared food available.

Historic Interest

Dating from at least 1864 as the Queen's Arms, an Argyle Brewery pub transferred to Birkenhead Brewery. Serving Whitread beer into the 1980s. Renamed the Worsley Arms and later the Riverview. The advert is from 1864.
