This Pub is Permanently Closed

Small pub with glass frontage. Built in 1829 by Paul Dangerfield who opened the nearby Duke of Wellington three years earlier. Claims it had the only beer garden in Belgravia. The pub was featured in the film 'The Crying Game;

The sad loss of an irreplaceable and historic Belgravia pub in the face of opposition by locals at the time.
