This is a club, which means that the bar may be only open to members.

A private club and was established in the heart of Ilkley in 1889. The members played bowls on a green at the back of what was The Lister Arms Hotel, now the Lister Court Retirement Homes development. The present club was established in 1924. Within the lavishly refurbished and revamped clubhouse is a main bar, featuring eight hand-pulls for cask ales, with two snooker tables, pool table, dart board and two large screen TVs. There is also a quiet lounge and a further TV room. There is a top-rated double crown green and successful bowling teams. All are welcome.
