This Pub is Permanently Closed

This was listed on the Urban Leisure Group's website and was a private hire venue. For a while now the ground floor windows have been whitewashed. In 2012, planning permission was granted for redevelopment of site to provide 5 x 4 bedroom houses with basement car parking (Class C3) following demolition of existing public house (Class A4). As at August 2015, no work seems to have commenced but the place is closed. Can confirm that this pub has recently been demolished and as at May 2018, demolished & has flats on the site
