This Club is Temporarily Closed

This is a club, which means that the bar may be only open to members.

Popular club set right in the heart of town, Large island bar with handpumps on either side. Usually at least one guest ale from a local brewery as well as the permanent well-kept Bass. Friendly welcome, lively atmosphere. Acts as the clubhouse for the town rugby club. Despite the club description defaulting to members only, this venue is open and welcoming to all. Frontage rebadged late 2018, now reads The Haig Bar.
