This Pub is Permanently Closed

Less than distinguished looking with rough wood ‘weather-boarding’ complemented by early seventies Charrington white cube lights and red doors, all in drastic need of refurbishment. Rather basic interior; popular with youngsters. Apt to operate a ‘Members only’ policy (whatever that is) when visiting football supporters are in town.

Demolished in 1998 to make way for retail. Site now occupied by Boots.
