An imposing former commercial building from around 1878 by Mawson, a.k.a. any permutation of Exclusive Exchange Café Bar, now largely a young persons' venue. Grade II Listed. Also houses regional HQ of Stonegate's Craft Union Pub Company.

Built 1877, Grade II Listed, formerly the Wakefield & Barnsley Union Bank. Historic England list entry 1273189.
