This Pub is Closed Long Term
Originally a house built in extensive grounds for a retired Colonial Bishop in 1840 in the style of a Colonial Governor's residence. In 1974 the Parish Council purchased the building making it a centre for the community and the Parish Council offices. The bar is open to the public. four evenings a week, no real ale unfotunately. There is a large function room with dance floor and stage, leading to a marquee, which can take weddings/parties out into the gardens.
