This Pub is Closed Long Term
Bar.
Closure announced on 14th October 2026 on Instagram and website.
It is with a heavy heart that we announce the permanent closure of FLYTE Bar.
Despite our very best efforts, we've sadly reached a point where continuing to trade is no longer possible.
We want to say a heartfelt thank you to our incredible team, our customers and everyone who has supported us along the way. We've loved being part of the community and are incredibly grateful for the memories made, the friendships formed and every person who walked through our doors.
While this isn't the ending we'd hoped for, we're proud of what we created and thankful to everyone who was part of it.
Thank you for being part of FLYTE.
For any enquiries relating to FLYTE Bar Limited or its closure, please refer to the appointed insolvency practitioner, BTG.
Reopened in November 2025 as a bar specialising in flights of cocktails, wine, beer and bites.
Renegade brewery non-cask beers available.
Booking recommended and will sometimes be closed for private functions.
Prior to this it had been the Green Room, a community cafe and events space (from 2023 to 2025), and before that it was a café for younger families called Watercolour Arts & Play Cafe which opened on 16 November 2020.
Former description as the Queen Victoria: Refurbished locals pub behind Henley Town Hall. The food options range from bar snacks to mains via platters. Pool and darts in rear room leading to patio. It had a garden, had a pool table and darts, and provided Sports TV. Its real ale offering was Rebellion IPA and up to three nationally sourced guests.
Closed on 4th February 2019 and was not able to be re-let as a pub and was converted in a café.
