This Pub is Temporarily Closed

Bottle shop and bar.

Micro-pub and bottle shop in a former shop. You could buy beer in bottles and cans and take away or drink in (corkage charge). When it opened it had plans for a bigger bar with cooling and 3 hand pulls but didn't happen and the cask beer won't keep in the warmer weather. Very expensive although cask ale £4 a pint Tuesdays (in the winter).

Closed suddenly March 2025 and Craftsman Brewery in Abingdon is proposing to take over, rename and re-open.
